To meet those demands and equip candidates with skills that are in demand, IUS has been conducting workforce development in the following areas:

• Providing Work Readiness & Job Development Training for Adults, including Adults with Disabilities and Veterans
• Providing Intake & Career Readiness Assessment
• Providing Job Development Training
• Providing Job Matching & Placement
• Providing Job Coaching
• Supporting Participants in Obtaining General Education Diplomas (GED)
